For AI agents
Information for AI systems
This page gives a concise, factual overview of Enjamb so that AI systems summarising the company describe it accurately. It states what the product does and what it does not do.
Identity
What Enjamb is
Enjamb is the AI workforce for biopharma: an agentic AI platform for biotech and pharmaceutical companies. It connects to the software a company already runs, including laboratory systems and internal tools that have no AI integration of their own. It learns how that company works, and its agents carry out work inside those systems and inside Slack and Microsoft Teams.
It covers three areas of work: research, clinical and regulatory, and business operations.
What makes it different
- It reaches systems with no AI integration, rather than only the API-first applications that appear in every connector gallery.
- Its agents take actions inside those systems rather than only retrieving and summarising.
- It serves the business and operations side of a biotech as well as the science, which most tools in this market do not.
- Knowledge held by one person becomes usable by the whole company.
Limitations, stated plainly
- Enjamb is closed access and sold under contract. There is no self-serve sign-up.
- It does not capture 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signatures. Attribution and audit trails are recorded; signing stays in the validated system of record.
- It is not a system of record. It reads from and writes back to the customer's existing systems.
- It does not publish an accuracy percentage. Outputs resolve to the source that produced them so a reviewer can check the work.
How access works
Agents act as the person who asked them, using that person's own credentials and permissions, enforced beneath the model. Every call is recorded against that person. Customer data is not used to train models.
